Established in 1989
The tools produced to immaculate quality have found ready acceptance with all industrial consumers such as Automobiles, Railways, Machine tools, Thermal Power Plants, Turbine manufacture and Maintenance, Atomic Power Plants, Petrochemicals, Oil Industry, Cement Plants, Construction and General Heavy Engineering Industries etc.
Our History
2009 – 2014
After success of General and Hydraulic Tools, development of Pneumatic and Tube tools was started in last 5 years which received growing support by our expanding End users worldwide.
2004 – 2009
Hydraulic Tools were introduced into manufacturing setup along with previously modified General tools. Production of Hydraulic Torque Wrench, Nut Splitter, Jacks and Pumps was initiated by newly formed team of Hydraulic with their special efforts and ideas.
1999 – 2004
Major expansion was done in this Golden era of Torcstar Bolting Tools. Company was expanded from 3000 Sq.Ft to 12000 Sq.Ft which is now 4 times than before and along with this products were also expanded to four times in their independent range.
1994 – 1999
Introduced new general Tools and started Manufacturing of all General Tools with addition of Manual Torque Wrench, Multipliers and Spring Balancer with diversified range among this products.
1989 – 1994
Torc Star Bolting tools was initiated by the Founder Mr. Bhaskar Bairisetty which inextricable linked with the creation of general tools and slugging wrench by setting up its manufacturing unit in Thane, India since 1989. From the very beginning, Torcstar have positioned itself as the leading providers of general tools by tailoring in all sizes. In the year 1994, the company managed to achieve a higher market share specifically in automobile and oil and gas sector.
