Perfect Ventures LLC has been incorporated in March 2017 for General Trading pertaining to Engineering Goods and Equipment. On the other side, the objective is to cater to the Oil and Gas, Power Generation, Chemical Process and various other sectors of the Industries in Middle East region stretching to Jordan/Levent countries and Egypt from the Sultanate of Oman.
The core business model will encompass working on representation of manufacturing companies from countries globally covering the above product lines. i.e. Engineering Goods and Equipment as also customised Engineered products.

Dinesh Javeri as an Executive Director and General Manager spearheads the day to day activities of the company and is directly responsible for the operations.
A veteran in the Gulf and Middle East region with wide experience in Oil & Gas Operating Companies in their fields handling :
Prior to taking up the above assignment he had been working with leading local trading houses managing their warehouses and stores/inventories and is fully conversant with the specifications and quality requirements of pipes, Fittings and materials used in piping & St. Steel Compression Fittings, and diverse oil field equipment.
He also was an entrepreneur, trading in oil field and engineering related equipment tools.and safety items.
Dinesh is a strong perfectionist with a flair for a methodical approach to handling matters.
Shashi Shankar Naik

Shashi Shankar Naik is a qualified Electrical Engineer with additional qualification in Finance both from prestigious Institutes in India and has had a long innings in the GCC since late eighties.
With core competencies in Sales and Marketing pan sectors as Water and Waste Water, O & G and General Industry, Shashi has to his credit successful launch in India of the global multinational giants like Grundfos & later ITT for over two decades and in either case, since both the companys' inception of business in India.
With an intent to now share the skill-sets with young, raring, budding sales force, right across the market segments and across the regions and with emphasis on soft skills, Shashi shall be our mentor. In the role of a Director / Advisor, Shashi manages the strategies of the organisation with a focus on getting new accounts and agencies on board with a view to expand the footprint across India and GCC levering his broad spectrum of knowledge of the regions.
The company also has differentiated advantage of having advisory personnel with formal qualifications in Engineering and Management drawn from a cross section of industries in the Middle East in general and the GCC in particular and a vast experience in Sales, Marketing, General Management and Business Development
Market coverage is effected by competent and technically qualified Sales personnel adequately trained at principal locations. Also in the plans are included resource addition in a near long term period to give impetus to the expansion and growth plans based on volumes and market requirement.
Plans are afoot to expand the range encompassing technology intensive, niche products.including upstream O & G, Flow Controls, Measuring equipment and Packaged systems and tie up with manufacturers on a global basis necessary to meet the short and long term growth aspirations and goals of the Company.
Effective Marketing and Sales in the target region is planned to be achieved by installing a network of single or multiple channel partner/s in each country of the Middle East for which the scanning process to identify the right partner is ongoing currently.
